“TEAM CULTURE IS ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL FORCES ON THE PLANET”

You’re in the right place if…

  1. You're ready for your team to go from good to great.
You know what great looks like. You’ve seen glimpses of it. You just want consistency, accountability and a culture where people step up rather than wait to be told or pushed.

  2. You want higher standards and consistent performance.
You want to unlock the next 5%-10% of performance that will achieve those ambitious goals and create a true sustainable performance culture.

  3. You want a team that works together, not in silos.
It’s frustrating when everyone is busy, but not necessarily aligned. You can feel the untapped potential — if only everyone pulled in the same direction.

  4. You’re noticing tension, mistrust or misaligned behaviour.
You want a team that has each other’s back, yet right now it feels like people are protecting themselves instead of supporting one another.

  5. You want to enjoy leading again.
Imagine a team that energises you, hits targets, solves problems together and frees you up to focus on the work you should be doing.

“Culture isn't built from values on a wall. It's built through daily behaviour and accountability.”
- Chad Tuoro

Chad Tuoro, founder of Culture Coach NZ, leadership and team culture coach

Culture Coach helps leaders build high-performing, psychologically safe teams — where people enjoy coming to work and perform at their best.

The result: stronger performance, deeper trust, and fewer issues with disengagement, silos, and burnout. When culture works, people speak up. They collaborate. They deliver — consistently.

Our approach blends real high-performance experience with practical, evidence-based frameworks. No theory without application.

Founder Chad Tuoro brings over 20 years of elite rugby experience — as a professional player, captain, International Sevens Coach, and NZ 7s High Performance Manager. This is combined with recent work alongside leaders and teams across government and health sectors in Aotearoa New Zealand.

What we know is simple: culture is not built from values on a wall. It is built through daily behaviour and accountability.

That is why we involve the whole team — and support leaders to embed what matters most.

Culture Coach exists to provide a clear roadmap — and to walk alongside leaders and their teams — to build cultures where people perform, feel safe, and enjoy their work.

Culture Coach Empowers Team Leaders to Transform their Team Culture & Drive Performance.

We partner with growth-minded leaders, ready to elevate their teams and create a thriving culture— where people perform at their best, collaboration is seamless, and your time is freed to focus on what matters most.

Many of the leaders we support know their team is capable of more. It just feels harder than it should—or their team are in need of a complete reset.

Let’s talk about your leadership and your team.

We work with a select number of NZ businesses at a time. If this resonates — let’s talk.
